  Military Service Rights Training Course
To ensure the welfare of families of conscripts, under Article 44 of the Military Service Act, the government provides necessary assistance to maintain basic living standards for families facing financial difficulties while a member is serving in the military.
The Ministry of the Interior (MOI) has established the "Regulations for Implementing Living Assistance to Families of Conscripts." Applications are processed by municipal, county (city) governments, and township (city/district) offices to provide appropriate support, allowing conscripts to focus on their service without worry.
To enhance the service quality and administrative efficiency of frontline personnel, the MOI will hold the first session of the "Conscript Rights and Benefits Training" on April 17, 2026. The curriculum covers regulatory briefings, application procedures, calculations of income and assets, practical case studies, and all-out defense. The goal is to strengthen the professional capabilities of conscription staff and improve the quality and efficiency of application services.
